We have facilities to look after most aspects of caravan and motorhome ownership. The site employs a full time warden to run the site on a day-to-day basis, and can offer in-house servicing and valeting. We also have a well stocked accessory shop and are Calor gas agents.

Servicing
Our on-site service engineer is MCEA trained and has the required ACOPs Gas certification. We also have good relationships with local main dealers and body shops for larger jobs. Here is a list of some of the services we can offer:

Habitation service - £100 A Habitation service will check the operation of all the interior fixtures and fittings, and will include:
- A damp report
- Gas leak test and flame failure test
- Operation of appliances on 12v, mains electric, and Gas
- Cleaning of space heater
- Check condition of battery and charging system
- Checking of water system and toilet system.
Damp Test - £25 A Full damp test and report on your caravan. Protimeter hire (damp meter) hire also available at £10
Battery check and charging - £5
Water system purification - £30 Pump Sterilised water solution into water system, block waste pipes and leave for 2 hours then flush through with clean water. Ensures a clean and healthy water system and helps eliminate nasty smells from the waste pipes. Water filter replacement also available (additional charge for the filter).
Road Lights and tyre pressure check - £5
Winterisation Service - £75 Drain down and preparation of your caravan for winter.
Tyres - £POA Tyres supplied and fitted on site. Tyron bands available to.
Motor movers - £POA Motor movers fitted on site.

Valeting
We have a dedicated wash bay which has space for 2 units; each with their own water and electric hook-up points.

We also offer in-house valeting, which includes a full wash and wax, including the roof. The cost is:

Caravans are washed in their bays, therefore we don’t need to have keys to move them. Motorhomes will be moved to the wash pad.
